How long after TPR hearing does the judge have to report their ruling?

I believe there is a 30 day appeal limt , but can adoption petition be filed immediately or does one have to wait for the appeal time to be up?

My attorney told us as soon as the cw files for tpr we can file petition to adopt. Hopefully that will be next week:dance:

I was told Indiana doesn't have a 30 day appeal period.

We went to court on Aug. 5th for TPR, I was told that most likely it would go to review for 21 days. Instead the judge granted the TPR effective on the 5th.

My CW had the TPR paperwork signed by judge same day. This is highly unusual. Everything went to our attorney that day. Nothing has happened since then. We are waiting on CEI.

Anyway, as soon as the petition for TPR is accepted it can go to attorney according to our CW.

I've looked for the answers to these questions too. I haven't been able to find any sources though. I was looking at someone's signature though and saw that they had a 60 day appeal period and they were from Indiana. So, I still don't know for sure.
