Hi everyone. My husband and I have been listed with two agency in our state for 9 and11 months. After 13 situations we've been presented for, we have not been matched. We are starting to feel like we need to look else where. Any recommendation on agencies? Who is good? Who have you used, and how long have you waited? It's hard to know who is real and who is a scam when the internet is the only resource. Please help me.
Thanks,
Diana

If you are looking into an international adoption and are willing to work with an agency outside your state I would highly recommend the Barker Foundation out of Maryland. My parents used them 25 years ago for a domestic adoption and my husband and I are currently waiting for a placement with them. They are very helpful and make you feel like you are their only clients.

Evangelical Child and Family Agency they are located in Illinois and Wisconsin. They were wonderful with her family and with me.
We have a phone consultation with The Adoption site Law Center on Thursday. I am brand new to this process. We have spent the last 9 years going through a multitude of fertility treatments and we are just so ready to be parents.
