Just wondering if anyone else is noticing how slow they are getting?
We noticed that they don't enter the invoices when they receive it like they used to. It's now 5 or 6 days later, making payments be around the 20th, instead of the 8th or 10th.
I'm getting really annoyed. Anyone else?

I am beginning to wonder myself. Used to get by 10-15 now closer to 20th but usually we've at least heard something by now as to when the deposit is going in.
Makes it hard to budget sometimes guess why they don't want us to count on payments. I have heard horror stories where other states wait months for payments .... I'll take days over months anytime.

last time they had a big meeting there was a time line laid out, 24 hrs to be keyed in if i remember right then sent to cw who had 48 to ok now i guess it's whenever they want, i got an email that i used the wrong form, but nothing since, she said she processed it, but next time to use the new form.
Mine always comes between the 10th and 15th. Oddly the thing that is coming later is our notification. Instead of a few days prior it's arriving the same day or after funds are deposited.I figure unless they contact me about an error it's on the way and will get here so I don't bother worrying

I just heard from someone else that the State is being audited so payment might take awhile. After sending the KidTrax people 2 emails and not getting a reply, is it safe to assume they've been taken hostage too? LOL
Thank you Libby, I got it. :-) Yesterday, I finally got a response and found out that they did receive my invoice on 9/1/11, it had a couple date errors, so they simply tossed it off to the side! For 16 days!!In spite of the fact, that my email address and phone number are both listed on invoice, they didn't bother contacting me so I could correct anything! Grrr I finally found this out yesterday morning, so I *hand-delivered* a new corrected form. A 166 mile round trip for me, but I put it in the hands of the lady who takes care of it. So although I've notified my cw and their supervisors that it's going to be showing up in their inboxes soon, it'll probably take another 2-3 weeks before I get paid. Very, very tired of dealing with the slow ole state. They are johnny on the spot when they have a bill to send out and they want payment immediately, but when it's their turn to pay you, they come up with all kinds of ways to drag it out. When our baby's adoption is final, we may leave the fostering scene.

Found out that mine was in the 8th day of the 7-14 business day of processing and they didn't know when I would be recieving payment. Good thing no errors! I always mail on the 1st.
Hopefully when the electronic filing goes into place it will be better. This is only the second time that I had lag in payment.
Never got paid for other time since kids were only in care for 24 hours and case was dropped .... no record of case number so I never got paid ... glad it was only $50.
I hadn't heard about possible e-filing. That would definitely speed up things. It's inexcusable how long it takes now. And not knowing when you'll receive payment? Someone has poor customer skills... if my dh claimed "not knowing" what the status was in a customer's order, he'd either be fired or they'd go out of business eventually.
