So my baby girl has inherited her dad's basset hound puppy eyes. When she is tired the bags become very pronounced but they are usually there even when not tired. Now everyone that sees her says oooh poor tired baby, I guess she must be tired etc etc. Arghghg I want to smack them. How would you respond to that??!!

Say "She stays up late every night reading."Seriously, -- I have eyes like that, inherited from my father. I always had dark circles. Every school picture looked like I was half-asleep. At least, be grateful she is a girl, and as soon as possible introduce her to concealer! I still have the dark circles, but nobody knows except me and my mirror!

My 8yr old son has very long beautiful eye lashes that curl up. The problem is women like to tell him how pretty his lashes are and how they would kill for them. Um he is an 8yr old BOY he doesn't want to hear it. When he was little he use to cover his eyes every time we got to the store check out because he didn't want to hear how pretty his eyes are.Another thing is he has a rather intense look weather he is relaxed or stressed. It drive us both crazy because people are forever asking "why are you mad, "are you tired" "are you in trouble", " are you sick" " whats wrong" And it is almost always ALL of those questions not just one. Then the look gets even more intense because he is annoyed by all the questions then I get a similar look. I mostly just ignore people, but sometimes I try to explain that large crowds or new thing causes him anxiety and them asking so many question just makes it worse. But it usually causes even more questions. One of these day I'm going and SCREAM "you are the problem" .
