It was a private adoption thru attorney. Her adoptive parnets were in their 30s, had adopted 2 boys who were 7 & 9yrs old at the time of her birth. The attorney's name is Peter Macaluso ( may not be spell right) in Tampa. The boys knew that they were adopted at that time so she would also. They were to tell her about me and the circumstances of her birth and let her know she could find me and I would never denied her. I was 19 at the time of her birth, born in NYC, blonde/blue eyes. She was #6 9ozs, perfectly healthy baby. Have been waiting a long time for her , have info on some other sites also. Hoping this info may ring a bell to someone that may even know her.
