I'll answer.
If you get it again - the rule of thumb is we only allow fundraising for true 501c3 organizations and they cannot in any way be associated with groups that have fee based services related to adoption.
So an orphanage cannot be fundraising here because they will typically have adoption related services involved. Even if they aren't raising money for adoption persay - doesn't matter.
Any money has to be donated directly to the organization and the person cannot ask for money or handle the money. Sometimes I'll make an exception for people who are trusted members to run a fundraiser asking for specific supplies. For example, school supplies. That's only on a case by case basis though and I have to approve it.
I've also approved PM details for donations related to tragic events (funerals etc.) for trusted members. But again, that is a case by case situation.
