Hello,
We are considering adopting (an older child). We have adopted twice before. We are new to PA and are looking for some recommendations for which agency to choose to do our home study, seems like there are so many choices ! We live in NW PA between Erie and Pittsburgh. we are in SW PA & go thru Catholic Charities of Greensburg
Will catholic charities just do a homestudy (for a private adoption)? Stupid question... do you have to be catholic to use them? And do you know what they charge for a home study?
