baby girl 2-7-65 Hamilton, Jardine was the last name please someone knows of this Jar

Born Feb. 7th, 1965 in Hamilton Ontario and birth mother named her Karen Lynn Jardine. Foster care for several months then adopted thru Children's Aide Society in Toronto. Looking to reunite with any birth family and in great need for medical history. I was raised in Memphis, TN and I have married twice. My maiden name was Nancy Holland, then Nancy Schooling, and now Nancy Reine. I have lived in several states and now in Baton Rouge, LA. Please there is someone out there that knows of a young Jardine woman that gave birth in 1965 at the Hamilton Hospital. Please help me
