adopted from newport 4-7-82 iso birthparents

i was born at harris hospital 4-7-82 my adopted mom says when she came to pick me up from the hospital my bracelet said smith babygirl. If my birth mom happens to read this...im not trying to cause u problems or be an intrusion on ur life. Just want to know ur name and what you look like. The rest is entirely up to u. Would like to ask a few questions but why is not one of them. I have no ill feelings and i understand why.
