Caring for Kids in Ohio?

Has anyone used "Caring for Kids" in Cuyahoga Fall, OH?

I find glowing reviews, yet they have an "F" rating with Better Business Bureau. :(

Any input would be appreciated.

I too am looking for feedback on Caring for Kids, as well as Adoption Circle, Adoption by Gentle Care, and any other agencies in Ohio that would be recommended. Thanks!
