wow another 10 million they came up with. Im glad that the service providers are being compensated more realistically than they had been. BUT I sure wish Payne would see it fit that the SAS account was being plenished! They keep finding misplaced money yet none it making its way to the fund that was cut the worst.. or eliminated after 2009. I get so angry over this sbusidy waitlist. and it really isnt just about the money either.. I cant understand how the state can enter into a contract, and get away with not funding the account that pays it.
