Looking for birth mom or other relatives. Born in Ramsey Hospital, St Paul MN. Catholic Charities found my birth mother in 1999 but she refused communication. I know I had siblings, uncles, aunts and at least a living grandfather at that time as that is how they contacted her. Said my grandfather still lived in the same address as the day I was placed for adoption. I would appreciate any help you could give me. Thanks Nicole
