Anyone had a situation like this?

I'm doing a kinship placement of 2 kiddos. They are a total sibling group of 5. 3 are with BioDads brother, the other 2 are with me. The kiddos I have are from two different fathers. T who is 2 has a dad who was just released from prison Monday. K has another father who is not nor has ever been in the picture. Our permanency hearing is next month. Obviously T's dad wouldnt have had a chance to work his plan but K's dad isn't in the picture. Has anyone heard of TPR being done on BioMom (not working her plan much at all) if the other 4 kiddos (different father) are still remaining in the system? Just curious as to what we could expect at this hearing.
