The expectant parents want to leave the agency

We in a really tough position, our prospective adoptive daughter's expectant parents are fed up with the agency and are seriously considering leaving them. They have told us that they are clear on their decision to have us adopt their daughter, but that they are not happy with the agency. We've talked to the agency and they are obviously frustrated with the e-parents. I am not sure I am going to be able to get them to be any nicer to the e-parents, and I am deathly afraid our placement is being placed at risk. :grr: Thoughts, ideas?
