Adoption Letter

Hello old friends! For those of you who have adopted, remember last year having to fill out a form that we still had the kids in our custody, they were still under 18, etc, etc, in order to continue with subsidies? Wasn't that supposed to be an every year thing? I didn't get anything for my 5 this year and I could have sworn we got it in the spring last year! Just checking to see if I was the only one and/or if I needed to start emailing some people! Thanks
