Im a little confused as to what information will be listed on the orginal birth certificate. Im searching for my mom.
Info:
Her name is Gina Beth Carter, born july 20, 1962. On her 2nd birth certificate, it shows mothers maidne name Barentin. Los angeles california. I KNOW THAT IS HER ADOPTED BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
Her orginial (only what shows online) only shows baby girl boling, los angeles county 07/20/1962.
I found paperwork from a lawyers office that handled part of the adoption and know the Biological mother is Carole Boling.
Now here is my question...
Will the original birth certificate, if i request it, will it send back all the information of biological mother? Will it send back anything showing her name, social security number?
MY NUMBER ONE QUESTION....IS there any where I can request full medical records, not just the amended or adopted records? Any and all information or opinions are welcome.
