Information on A Chosen Child in Orlando

Im looking for my sister adopted through them, birthday Aug 16 2004. I know she isn’t 18 yet, but my fear is she went into the foster system. Hopefully she didn’t, but I’d love for her to see this and contact me, with her adopted parents permission of course.
