We've researched and met with a couple of adoption agencies/law centers. We've narrowed it down to Adoption Network Law Center and Independent Adoption Center both in Southern CA. There seem to be a lot of mixed reviews, but mostly back from several years ago. Has anybody worked with either agency in 2011 or 2012? Has it been a good experience? I understand that all agency reviews have to be private messaged. Thank you.
