I don't know why I checked the personal profile. Nothing in the post suggested I needed to, but when I did look her reasons for joining the forums and her adoption connections are all over the place.
I don't really know. Something in my gut says to watch this one. User ID is Thaters80.

Nothing wrong with your spidey sense! Sounds more like a "I want to match on here" introduction, so I agree we need to just have him on our radar.

Gee thanks, Crick. I know, just sayin'. lol
Right now there are 3 five year olds and an 8 year old, all boys, playing with Hot Wheels in my living room. Tends to get a bit loud every now and then. Guess I am going nuts. ;)

As a mom, we are definitely going to be a bit nutty!!
Moms of boys and loud noises are guaranteed to be even more so. And of teen girls. And...and...;)
What is it about multiplying children today? At one point this afternoon I had two teenage boys, 4 eight-year-olds and 1 nine-year-old. If I wasn't loony before . . . . !!!
I vote that we all get chocolate tonight. I'm going to have Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. Maybe even a hot toddy.

Withay, you're spidey sense is right. I think Crick said it right; here to make a match. Because you know trolling for a hook-up on an adoption forum is the in thing to do....
Seems yesterday was the day for mulitiple kids in house here too. My neighbor's 3 kids were over and our adoption worker came by to drop off papers and go pick the teen from school. She barely missed the later fun with all 3 of mine and the neighbor 3 eating, running in and out, and having big noisy fun.
Worker dropped off 4 huge envelopes of info on our STBAD who has been in and out fo foster care since she was about 3.She's 15 now. I don't even care what's in there because she's been here since March last year. I'm looking to get our court date within the next two weeks and then I am done done with foster care.
Caddo - I so hear you on the foster care bit. My home is now closed. In fact, dhs had the nerve to tell me (when they are advertising big time here because there aren't enough foster homes, especially for medically fragile newborns/toddlers) that if I wanted to adopt Nekoda that I had to agree not to foster anymore.
I'm thinking of contacting some of the local adoption attorneys and checking with them about sheltering newborns while they wait for placement with their forever families in private adoptions. I know it probably won't be that big of a demand, but could help a bit.
