B-calm system?

has anyone tried using the b-calm system? My son ARND,SPD, ADHD is having a hard time in school. We at this point are not wanting to medicate; he is only 5. Looking at other options and would like to hear if anyone has used this system and what did it help?

We tried it with pretty much no success. BUT, at that point, our son couldn't understand WHY he was supposed to use it because his language was so delayed. And, the staff at school wasn't good about using it appropriately, so that may have had an impact also.
