Looking for half sister that was adopted

Hello, my name is Ashley im 26 and I was adopted when I was 3 days old. I met my birth parents in 2005 and my biological father and I still stay in contact, but my mother and I had a falling out a few years ago. I just recently found out that she had another baby with her current husband which they gave up for adoption as well. I know that it is a girl and she is between 19-24 years old. I know where she was born as well but that is all the information that I have on her. I was never to find out that I had a half sister. I filled out and sent in a wavier in Columbus, Ohio so that way if shes looking for any information she'd be able to find me, but I'm impatient and I'd like to continue looking while my waiver is waiting in Columbus. I'm just not sure where to start. Could anyone help me please??
