The appeal has been decided for our son. He will not be reunited. Both of his parents lawyers filed Sade C. Letters since there were no grounds to appeal on. After this decision do the parents have a chance to appeal to the supreme court? I am not with a Sade C. case since technically their appeal was never even heard. If anyone knows please fill me in! Thanks!

Ok so I know that no one answered this, but plenty viewed it. I found the answer so I am going to state it.If the appeal is thrown out due to a Sade C. Letter then the appeal is dismissed. That is the end of appeals in California for a dismissed appeal. It cannot go to the supreme court after the court of appeals.
