I am looking at New Beginnings (NY) and Heartsent Adoptions. Has anyone had experience with these agencies? Good or bad.
Also, I am looking at Philippine adoptions. What agency did you use or research? What is your experience or opinion?

U\I am wondering if you ever received answers to your questions about the Philippine adoptions...ie: agencies,experience etc? My son and daughter in law would like to adopt out of the Philippines due to her having some family ties still there, would like some personal insight into the process instead of just the forms and political info. Thank you for your time and consideration.
