I am searching for a brother that I discovered was put up for adoption in Arkansas, possibly in Pine Bluff. My dad told me about him just before he passed away and wanted me to find him. I have little to no information, but the birth mother's name, and the approximate year of birth, 1966-1970. I don't know where to begin. I have tried doing a people search of the birth mother with no such luck, as I only know her maiden name. Any one have any ideas?
