Totally confused and need help!

Hi! My name is Amber. I have found my first mother and a lot of my first family. I have tried to contact her and I am getting no response. I would expect something! Is this normal? I have found 12 different phone numbers and none of them work and she is on Facebook but I cannot get her to answer a message. I so desperately want to find out about where I came from and it hurts to think that I may never get that chance because she is not looking at her Facebook. I am getting married soon and I would love to have her as a part of it. If anyone can help me find a good number for her or a good way to get in contact I would be more than appreciative! Her name is Della Mae Jones Welsh Zerbe in either Oklahoma of Texas.
