i am looking for my daughter that i gave up 18 yrs ago. she was born on 2-2-1995 in rochelle il. her birth name was elizabeth marie smith. if you see this my name now is stefanie white.

Have you tried a facebook picture with the information and asking everyone to share? It seems to have really caught on as a way to reach a lot of people.

no i have not i dont have a picture of her. all i have is the birth name i gave her.

I was thinking more along the lines of a picture taken of you holding a posterboard with the info you do have about her and a email address you set up soely for that purpose. I have seen several adoptees using this to look for their mothers and they spread like wildfire on facebook. Some morning show had a girl on who found her Mama that way. It is free and can't hurt.
