TPR and Spiritual bonds

This seems to be the most logical place to post this question - observation. I don't want this to sound too weird but... My FD's bio parents rights were recently terminated - OK, although she has always been a good baby, she is now more active, loving, cuddly, expressive - the Day Care noticed a marked change in her behavior, enough to mention it to me, they even told me an exact time, and it was the exact time we were in front of the Judge, and they didn't even know that I was at court in a TPR trial. It is as if those spiritual bonds to her past - the issues that could have influenced her and/or held her back have been broken. Has anyone else experienced this??? I am a strong Christian, a Protestant Minister, and have a fairly good understanding about generational curses and blessings and the bonds that can hinder us...just didn't expect this immediate change in her - now very excited to see how much more she changes once the adoption is finalized.
