Searching for my niece

My niece was adopted back in the late 70's she would be 39 right now birthday is july 28th, she had red hair the last time i seen her and she was 5, the place where she was adopted from in st louis missouri is no longer there and we cant find records, i have a pic of her when she was 5 if u wthink u might know of her i would be happy to send a pic. we were thinking she was adopted by her grandma but not sure her dads name was paul malloy or mallod and her mom was shirley brewer
