My brother was put up for adoption when he was 5 years old. His name was Jeremy Ray Stephens. He was born at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eugene, OR. Unfortunately I do not have much information because our mother passed away 6 years ago from cancer. We have been searching for him for many years because that was one of my mothers wishes was that we found her son. Please if anyone knows of any way to help me, please contact me asap. I need to find my brother and let him know that we love him and that our mother never stopped loving him!
