Adoption Center of Choice in Utah

This is NOT about this agency specifically, and I have no first-hand experience with them.You will find, however, if you search these boards for "Utah" that you will find some distressing information about Utah's adoption laws in general. Because of their laws around relinquishment and around father's rights, there is a great deal of potential for coercion or other unethical practices. Personally, this would make me think very carefully before considering an agency in that state.I would also suggest that when exploring any agency you google the name of the agency along with "lawsuits" and "complaints" to see what comes up; I chose not to be considered for one networking opportunity when I did that because I didn't like what I found about the agency that was involved. If things come up, it's usually because there are ongoing problems.
