People are lazy. "Oh, I forgot my password!" and instead of clicking on the "click here if you forgot your password" thingy after attempting multiple password tries, they just go in and create a new account.
Actually I guess that doesn't make them lazy because it's more work to create a new account than click, so it makes them what, indifferent?

I deal with it on Fertility. After I point out that it makes it very clear 7 ways from Sunday that duplicate accounts are not allowed.
Then there are the people who insist on also not reading where it strongly suggests not using their real name, email, hometown, etc as their user names (like I did ;) ) and then throw a hissy fit when their name and personal medical information is all over Google and what am I going to do about it.

99 percent of the time I do too. Doesn't stop them from continuing to email and complain. Women on fertility drugs are an interesting lot! :arrow:
