I was born July 9, 1982 in State College, Pa. I was told my birth mom was a student at Penn State. I'm looking for any birth family.

Hey Dithy, wanted you to know the adoptee laws in PA have changed. They are now open and adoptees can have the information in the file.

I woud contact the Clerk of the Orphans Court in PA where the adoption was finalized to see how you can get the info you want. They will not give you legal advice.
