Of all the possible adoption issues,I think RAD or severe attachment issues worry me the most because there is no known answer or "cure". I have been reading so many posts & articles about this that I am making myself sick with worry. Just how prevalent is this w/ China adoptions?

The age is going to make the biggest difference I think. The younger the children the more likely they are to be able to overcome the issues. With this being said, it isn't always true. Babies who do not have enough contact with people at all in their first few years can have significant problems that just never go away. Unfortunatly international adoption means you are far more likely to come across attachment issues as well as RAD.
There are success stories though. Sometimes things work out. No one can guarentee either way though, and with international stuff it's just too hard to tell either way. There is never enough information and the orphanages are very hard on kids of every age.
Good luck
