Anyone have experience with Acorn in LA?

I would love to know if you heard from them. I live in MS and attempted to contact them. After about a month, she called me, we set up an appointment and she was a no show. If you get this message, will you let me know how your experience has been. I don't know if I should call back or not. Thanks
