Hi,
We have been told (by CW)to write a letter to the judge,in our ongoing situation, because they have know answers anymore.
We just need to know if anyone has done this before, what is the procedure,....can you show pictures etc? Any details or advice would be appeciated.
Not sure it will help, but I guess it cant hurt at this point.
thanks

Well, I'm probably not the one to ask b'c the last time I wrote a very respectful letter to the judge he completely disregarded it and said my opinion didn't matter! But I say do what you feel is right. Most of the time the letter is seen by all involved, not bio parents of course, but other attorneys, etc.....so in the chance the judge is NICE, it will be great! :)

I never wrote a letter but I know someone who did. She kept the letter positive explaining how their FD was thriving in their home and how they could provide the permanency she desperately needs. She didn't point fingers at anyone just focused on how this child would benefit from being in her forever home. I hope all turns out well!
