ISO children born between 2003 and 2009 in Tulsa and Surrounding Areas

I am looking for any potential children, particularly Caucasian and/or AmerAsian children, born to Asian or Caucasian mothers between 2003-2009 in, and around, the Tulsa area. The father was between 36 to 42 years of age, caucasian and a Tulsa local. He was extremely kind and very intelligent. The Asian mothers worked in therapuetic services, and the caucasian mothers met him at random from sites like MySpace, Tagged, and Yahoo chat rooms.
