I was born 1/20/84, Daughter looking for birth parents, help?

Hello, I was born 1/20/84, adopted through Catholic Charities in Trenton, Nj to a wonderful loving family. My Birth mothers name is Dorothy (spelling), nickname was Dottie maybe? and I think my birth father was Duane French, mother was about 16 when I was born and father was about 19 (not sure of ages ). My birth name was Rebecca. I think one or both birth parents came from WA state but I was adopted in NJ.
