Our bio had until Tuesday to file an appeal on one portion of the case. How long until it shoes on the website for appeals? I am hoping it wasn't filed but I'm not sure I'll get that lucky!
You really need to access the trial court docket bc a notice of appeal is filed in the lower court (here there is no public access to family court/juvenile stuff). Then the lower court has to assemble the record and transmit it to the appellate court and THEN it gets docketed (at least that's how it works here). So it may take quite some time to be reflected at the appeals level. Would the GAL (if there is one) know? Filing can include mailing so if there is no notice of appeal docketed by say the end of next week, I think you can breathe easier (I sweated this out myself even though DD's bmom never even appeared!).
