URGENT: post placement reports

URGENT NEED: The Ukrainian government continues to be extremely upset that more than 53% of the families who have adopted in the past year from Ukraine have NOT submitted the post-placement reports that they agreed to when they adopted from Ukraine despite repeated requests. Ukrainian officials fear that this will negatively affect current/future inter-country adoptions from Ukraine to the USA ... to the extreme extent that adoptions may close down. Please, please, please.... can you pass this on to families in your network that have adopted from Ukraine?? Please... urge them to comply with this???
