Hi all!
I have been reading the forum for days absorbing so much of the information. I thought I should join and try and get to know you. We are basically done with our home study and are awaiting our training class with a treatment foster care agency at the end of september.
We are both excited and scared but I can see that this is normal. We would eventually like to adopt. We are open to any age up to about 7 or 8 for a girl or a very young boy. We are open to sibling groups as well.
I'm excited to have a place to come to learn and grow. Nice to meet you!

Welcome, and good luck to you!! I am also new to this forum and have learned so much. We have completed everything just recently and are awaiting our license. We are foster only and are open for 0-5yr. While it is so sad that they are having to be removed from their homes I am very excited to share ours with them. Let us know how your journey goes.
