Adopted From Iran Looking For Help

Hello,I am desperately trying to find my birth mother who gave birth to me about 40 years ago in Tehran. This is clearly one of the trickiest countries in the world to get any kind of information from and I am wondering if anyone has gone through some sort of search? If so, I would be eternally grateful for any sort of help and direction you could share with me. Right now I do not even know where to start....Warmly,Greta
