Family interested in adoption

My name is Samantha McCory. I am 24 years old. My husband, Rickey McCory, Jr, is 27 years old. My husband has been in the United States Army for 7 1/2 years. We are currently stationed at Fort Jackson in South Carolina. We are both from Tennessee. We have been married for almost 6 years, and had been trying to conceive from the beginning of our marriage. We have gone through many fertility treatments including: Intrauterine inseminations, timed intercourse, in-vitro fertilization, laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeries, and many medicated cycles. We decided that we would no longer undergo fertility treatments. It all has taken an emotional toll on us. We have always said that no matter what we would adopt a child. We are interested in adoption, but find it very difficult to go through DSS in the state that we live in.
