Negotiating adoption subsidy?????

Do we really have to negotiate to get it in NJ? I thought it was a given.....I hate money talks....

I've never heard of that but that doesn't mean anything I guess. If your child fits a certain criteria even if there are no current issues but a possibility there will be some in the future you apply and if the CW agrees most likely you will receive the subsidy. Good Luck
