Baby girl Wells

I was born baby girl Wells at Stevens Park Osteopathic in Dallas, Texas on September 16, 1969 at 7AM to Joan Wells. Joan lived in Irving, Texas at the time. The delivering doctor was Dr. David/Davis Norris. It was a closed adoption done by attorney Henry J. McCluskey. I was a breech baby (feet first). I have a circular brown birthmark on my forehead. I was told Joan had dark hair. I was told she had 2 other children: a boy and a girl at the time of my birth. I was told I was the result of an affair. My b-father may or may not know of me. I was told Joan might have worked at TI (Texas Instruments) in Dallas. My adopted name is Jeannie Yvonne Farris. I have no hard feelings or wish to disturb anyones life, I just need to know where I came from. ANY information is appreciated
