Holiday Presents on Vendor Form

I have never put in a claim for presents. We let our license go in the fall of 2012 and threw away all the info on how to fill out the claim form. We got our youngest ones sibs this summer.

Is there a different billing code or any other different numbers when we fill out the form to get the $50 allowance for holiday presents?

There are specific codes for birthdays and Christmas and these the CW does not have to approve.

Birthday 30002.11493

Christmas (holiday) 30002.11492

Technically you are to file them separate from your regular invoice. However, I file them together (I only have one FK).

If you go to the DCS web site and do a search for the kidtraks manual you can get all your codes.
