My husband and I are adopting my father's child, due this summer. Both parents have agreed it is a better life for the child.
I am wondering if anyone has advice about how to raise a child in this situation. Any advice about how to explain the situation? Anyone know any books on relative adoption? Also if you are in this situation or a similar one, I would love to hear about your experiences.
