Bam signed off her rights in January. A few days after we filed our adoption petition, bf registered on the putative father registry and filed for paternity. He is the biological father according to DNA test. He is contesting adoption now. He does drugs (age 19) he lives with his druggie mother and have seen very inappropriate things on his Facebook and his mother, smoking weed, saying they want the baby so they can get more state benefits. I'm in Indiana and it seems pretty cut and dry since he registered 4 days late. Claims he never knew bam was pregnant. Could we loose the baby?
