Ok, Riverside County foster parents...we are required to have a landline...but it's $40/month through our current Verizon provider!!! What does everyone else do for a landline? any AFFORDABLE leads would help a lot!

or what about a landline with only local calling-- no long distance service? That is cheaper than a landline with long distance phone calling.
