Looking for NJ birth Father

We are looking for my husbands birth parents. We believe he was born in Elizabeth NJ, 8/22/70 to mother Janet (19). We were told his father was 21, named Robert, who went to Vietnam, he may not know he has a child. We were told Robert was Irish/German and one of 10 siblings. We are looking for parents, family members or anyone who knows them.
