Perhaps the last name Kane.
Even though it was a closed adoption, my parents snuck a look over judge's shoulder and remember my birth name as George Kane.
-born 1961
-18yrs old at time of my birth (HS Senior planning to go to college)
-had 3 siblings at time of birth. 14 yr old sister, and brothers aged 7 and 9.
-5 foot 1 inch tall. 115lbs
-clear gray-blue eyes
-lived in midwestern U.S. and traveled to Pennsylvania for birth
-in HS she was employed as a receptionist at a Dr.'s office as was her mother
MAternal Grandmother
-38 years old at time of my birth
-5'1" 120lbs
-had a bachelors in early childhood education
-volunteered as a boy scout leader

-5'11" 175 lbs
-41 years old at time of my birth

Hello there! I am an adoptee as well, and I have learned to use a couple websites as investigative tools to find my birth family. You can input different characteristics of a person you are searching for such as a date of birth, first name, last name, city, state, age...and the sites compile a list of possibilities for you. So...I read your information about your birth mom. I used veromi.net and typed in the last name Kane, and 53 years old, based on the informtation you inputed. I came up with 32 matches, and looked for females. There is one that caught my eye. Adrienne Kane-Monroe. She lives in Texas, which is the Midwest? THere is another Adrienee M. HOefer (maiden name Kane) who lives in Pennsylvania. THey may be the same person, I do not think so though. I also looked at the relatives that these sites compile as well. I looked to see if any had ages around your maternal gradparents ages, and your aunt's and uncles ages. Adrienne Monroe had a few around their ages. I will keep looking, I love to do this!
